How long does it take for my mattress to arrive?

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery progress.

Do you offer a sleep trial period?

Yes, we offer a 100-night risk-free sleep trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your mattress after a 30-night break-in period, you can return it for a full refund.

What kind of warranty comes with the mattress?

All of our mattresses come with a limited 10-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects and structural issues, such as sagging greater than 1.5 inches.

How is the mattress shipped and delivered?

Our mattresses are compressed, vacuum-sealed, and shipped in a compact box. We also offer White Glove Delivery for an additional fee, which includes professional setup and old mattress removal.

Do I need a specific type of bed frame or foundation?

Our mattresses are designed to work on most firm, flat surfaces including slatted frames (with slats no more than 3 inches apart), platform beds, and adjustable bases.

Are your mattresses environmentally friendly?

Absolutely. All our foams are CertiPUR-US® certified, meaning they are made without ozone depleters, heavy metals, or formaldehyde, ensuring low VOC emissions for indoor air quality.
